By using www.deathdate.vip (“the website”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
1. What the website does
DeathDate provides a free death clock that estimates life expectancy from public statistics and published research. Results are statistical estimates for groups of people with similar answers. They are provided for information and entertainment only.
2. Not medical advice
Nothing on the website is medical, health, financial or legal advice. Do not make decisions about your health, treatment, insurance or finances based on your result. Always talk to a qualified professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten or frighten others;
- attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its servers;
- use bots or scripts to submit forms or scrape content at scale;
- click on ads you are not genuinely interested in, or encourage others to do so.
4. Content and intellectual property
The website’s text, design, code and logo belong to DeathDate.vip. You may share links to the website and screenshots of your own result. Underlying public data remains the property of its original publishers, such as the World Bank.
5. Third-party links and ads
The website contains ads and links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
6. No warranty
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep the data and calculations correct, but we do not guarantee that the website is error-free, uninterrupted or that any result is accurate for you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DeathDate.vip is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or reliance on any result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
